Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage:

Racing Radios, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the Racing Radios manufactured products (hereinafter referred to as "the product") will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and intended use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

Custom Products Warranty:

Fully custom products by Racing Radios are non-refundable but are covered under this limited warranty for defects in material and workmanship.

 

Custom Earpieces Warranty

For Custom Earpieces, Racing Radios offers a 30-day fit and finish warranty. Physical damage or altered earpieces are not covered under this warranty.

 

Third-Party Manufacturer's Warranty:

For products sold by Racing Radios, Inc. that are manufactured by third parties ("Third-Party Products"), the original manufacturer's warranty shall apply. Racing Radios, Inc. is not responsible for providing warranty services for Third-Party Products. Customers can refer to the manufacturer's warranty documentation provided with the Third-Party Product or visit the manufacturer's website for warranty terms and conditions.

 

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from:

• Accident, abuse, misuse, or negligent use
• Improper installation, maintenance, or operation
• Alterations or modifications of the product
• Normal wear and tear
• Unapproved repairs
  
  

Remedies:

Upon validation of a warranty claim, Racing Radios, Inc. will, at its sole discretion, either:

• Repair the defective product,
• Replace the defective product or part thereof, or
• Refund the purchase price of the defective product, except for fully custom products which are non-refundable.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Racing Radios, Inc. disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, regarding Third-Party Products sold by Racing Radios, Inc., including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

Limitation of Liability:

IN NO EVENT SHALL RACING RADIOS, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM NON-DELIVERY OR FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT.
